- Click on the Start--> Control Panel -->'Network and Internet'.
- Click on 'Internet Options'
- Click on 'Connections'.
- Click on 'LAN Settings'.
- Make sure the 'Automatically detect settings' check box is CHECKED and the 'Proxy Server' and any other check boxes are UNCHECKED and click on 'Ok'.
