Sometimes SofTest is not able to restore your desktop icons following an abnormal exit from an exam. If your desktop items are not visible, please follow these steps to restore your desktop:
- Open SofTest and then click the ‘Exit’ button. Doing this will refresh your screen.
- If this is not effective, please open SofTest and download an available mock exam. After it has been downloaded, take the mock exam. Once you exit and upload, your icons will be restored.
