Is it possible to use a Dvorak keyboard layout instead of the standard Qwerty keyboard layout?

Yes, it is possible to use a Dvorak keyboard layout. The desired layout must be set before starting the exam.   If not using a physical Dvorak keyboard, a key sequence will have to be set in case the layout switches from Dvorak to any other keyboard layouts mid-exam. That key sequence can be used to switch back to the Dvorak keyboard layout.
