Run-time error no Password Supplied on Windows Vista & 7

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1.    Click on Computer

2.    Click on  OS (C:)

3.    Click on the 'Users' folder

4.    Click on the Windows username folder (Current user) 

5.    Right click on the 'AppData' folder and select  'Properties'

*If unable to see the AppData folder, do the following:

  • Click on Organize-->Folder and search options
  • Click on View
  • Select the option to 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives'

  • Click on 'Apply' then 'OK'

6.    Now, right click on the 'AppData' folder and click on 'Properties

7.    Uncheck the 'Hidden' checked box and click on 'Apply'

       

8.    Select the option to 'Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders, and files' and click on 'OK' and 'OK'

       

9.    Click on the 'AppData' folder

10.  Right click on the 'Local' folder and select 'Properties' and uncheck the 'Hidden' checked box if checked

11.  Click on 'OK'

12.  Launch and re-register SofTest
