Resolving Run-Time Error on Windows Vista & 7

Below are instructions to fix the Run-time error 75 error for Windows Vista & 7

  1. Click on Start and select  Computer.
  2. Click on the C drive [OS (C:)].
  3. Click on the Program Files folder or the Program Files(x86) folder if it is present.
  4. Right click on the ExamSoft folder and select Properties
  5. Make sure 'Read-only' and 'Hidden' are not checked.  If they are, uncheck both boxes, click on Apply then OK.
  6. Click on  Computer and select the C drive [OS (C:)] again.
  7. Click on the ProgramData folder.
  • If the ProgramData folder is not present do the following:   
  • Click on Organize on top and select Folder and Search Options.

  • Click on View
  • Select the option to Show hidden files and folder

Click on Apply then OK. The ProgramData folder should now be visible. Open the ProgramData folder.

  1. Right click on the SofTest folder and select Properties.
  2. Make sure 'Read-only' and 'Hidden' are not checked.  If they are, uncheck both boxes, click on Apply then OK.
