Resolving a 'Registration Expired' alert message on SofTest v11

You may receive a "registration expired" message upon opening SofTest.

This means that registration data from an institution that you were registered for in the past is still on the computer, and is being detected by SofTest. The first time you receive this message is the only time you will receive this message. In any case, you would commence with the registration of SofTest as normal.

Step 1:

  • Select 'DOWNLOAD EXAM FILES' button


Step 2:

  • Enter in ID and password





*Once this is done this will override any previously expired registration and update your SofTest to the current active registration.
