Complete the Foundation Training if you are responsible for setting up users, departments, and categories for your institution.
Before You Begin
At this point in your onboarding, you should have completed a kick-off call with your implementation consultant and received your project plan to guide you through your implementation.
Complete these tasks before you start the Training Topics.
- Ensure that you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access the Enterprise Portal.
- Confirm with your implementation consultant that you are able to login to your ExamSoft portal. You should have received an invitation to create an account via email.
- Identify five super users to participate and join the ExamSoft101 training sessions.
- Think about the types of categories that you'd like to track.
