How to Import Student Rosters

- Students will appear within the Students tab.
- Students will also appear in the Sections tab.
Inviting Students

To invite students, you can select the checkbox next to the Students Name.
- On the bottom left-hand corner, select the Invite button. You can choose the date and time you wish the email invitation to be sent.
Common Support Inquiries for Clinical Judgment Exams
How do I create multiple CJEs for multiple sections of a course?
After you create and post an exam, you can duplicate it and post it to a different section. See: Clinical Judgment Exams: Faculty Workflow
Why do students have two accounts?
Clinical Judgment Exams are pre-written national assessments that gauge student learning and competency. All students taking Clinical Judgment Exams are taking the same exam(s), with an account specific for Benchmark Exams to retain this benchmarked data. Whenever students need to complete a Clinical Judgment Exam, they will always use this account.
How do students log into their Clinical Judgment account?
- In Examplify, students will log out of their traditional University/College account.
- Students will then type “Clinical Judgment Exam” to search from the institutions available and select Next.
- Students will then enter their ID (email address or student ID) and password to log in.

What if a student can’t see any exams available to download?
Share these tips with the student:
- Confirm that you’re logged into the Examplify application, not the web-based ExamSoft Portal.
- Confirm that you're logged into your Clinical Judgment account.
The top banner in Examplify will indicate which account is currently in use.
If the student needs help to switch accounts, see the "Switch Between Your Accounts" section of the account registration instructions.
- Available exams are listed on the left side of the screen.
Where can students see their results?
The individual Strengths & Opportunities Report will allow students to view the overview and category performance. This report is released directly to the web-based ExamSoft Student Portal. Instructions are summarized below, and are provided to students in the Student Overview as well.
- Students will access the ExamSoft Student Portal by using their Benchmark credentials to log in to https://benchmark.examsoft.com/.
- Students will select the course.
- On the Completed tab, students will select the assessment.
- Students will then select View Results.
