Problem Next Steps Why This Might Happen

My exam is missing.

My exam is not available for download.

  1. Ensure the exam you're attempting to download is currently available for download and has not expired.
  2. If you don’t see the exam, check your student portal for download start times. Then, refresh your exam list to populate the exams into your dashboard.
  3. If the exam is still not showing up in Examplify, clear the registration  and log back into the application.

  4. Contact your instructor for additional details.


ExamSoft does not directly manage your exam downloads, so you will need to communicate directly with the exam administrator for any exam download availability.

The exam is unavailable due to instructor not making it available or the download start time hasn’t yet started.
My exam was once downloaded but is no longer on the dashboard.
  1. Ask your instructor to verify that the exam is available and provide an additional download.
The instructor may have remotely deleted the assessment or made the exam unavailable.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, contact ExamSoft support.
