If your Blackboard instance isn’t self-hosted, you'll need to enter the Blackboard Instance URL when setting up your Blackboard integration in ExamSoft. This article explains how to find the instance URL.
Procedures
Select the procedure for your version of Blackboard.
Blackboard SaaS
- Log in to Blackboard as an administrator.
- Navigate to System Admin>Building Blocks>Installed Tools.
- Select the dropdown next to the ExamSoft building block, and select Settings.
- Copy the first portion of the URL, beginning with https:// and ending with es-examsoft- and an alpha-numeric ID, such as https://partner-smoke-test-a.blackboard.com/webapps/es-examsoft-BB56d7008520956.
