Migration Requirement
Before migration, it's crucial to ensure all key team members ("Champions") are well-trained. Enterprise differs from Legacy in structure, navigation, and workflow. If Champions aren't confident using the Enterprise portal, this may lead to frustration and delays in exam scheduling. Prioritizing training will help prevent disruptions and improve user adoption. Training completion by all Champions is required.

What is Enterprise Training?
Our online training uses interactive, self-paced modules that cover the basics of the Enterprise portal. These modules can be started, paused, and resumed at any time, allowing users to complete them asynchronously. However, all migration participants must finish the training within three business days before the migration date.
The training includes dedicated modules on:
- Portal Administration - 68 min
- Question Creation and Management - 68 min
- Question Importing - 38 min
- Assessment Building - 60 min
- Exam Day Preparation - 43min
- Scoring Adjustments and Reports - 65 min
Who should complete Enterprise Training?
At the start of your migration journey, your program will receive 10 account licenses for individuals to access the Enterprise Training Site. Migration Leaders should select up to 10 "Champions"—initial faculty users who will be the first to use the Enterprise Portal. Ideal Champions might include staff with leadership in technology, those who need early adoption, or others responsible for supporting migration efforts. Please share your list of selected Champions with your Migration Onboarding Consultant early in the process.
How to Access the Enterprise Training Content
At the start of your migration journey, your Migration Onboarding Consultant will provide your leadership team with an access code for up to 10 users (each with an unique email address). Once registered, users can access the training modules for up to six months.
When should Enterprise Training Occur?
Completion of Enterprise training by all Champions is required for migration.
In the early stages of your migration journey, Migration Leaders should identify Champions who will support the transition by becoming confident users of the Enterprise Portal. After receiving the Enterprise Training Access Instructions from your Migration Onboarding Consultant, Leaders should share these instructions with Champions to begin their training.
Training Recommendations
Champion Roles
Based on the size of your faculty using Enterprise, Champions may serve as internal "Ambassadors"—experienced users who can support others who didn’t participate in the migration. Training content access expires after six months, but you can request renewed access through your Customer Success Manager. Alternatively, Champions can take on the role of internal trainers.
Hands-On Application
Practice is essential for building confidence with the new portal. Champions should apply their training directly within Enterprise by accessing a designated sandbox department—a practice area for tasks like question creation, importing, and exam drafting. This approach allows users to experiment in a separate space, keeping Legacy content unaffected during migration.
Training Plan
The Migration Journey typically spans ~90 days. Within this period, establish a structured timeframe for your team's Enterprise Training. Your Migration Onboarding Consultant can provide Training Completion Reports to help Leadership track progress. Aiming for one module per week would allow teams to complete training within 6 weeks, for example.
