How are students affected by Migration?

What Changes for Students and Examplify After Migration?

Key Changes for Students

With the transition to the Enterprise Portal, students will experience a few important updates regarding Examplify access and registration. The Examplify application itself will remain unchanged; only the login process for students will be different.

1. New Institution Code

  • The Institution Code that links Examplify to your school’s portal has changed.
  • Returning students (those who have testing with Examplify prior to your portal migration) must first clear their Examplify registration before re-registering with the new Institution Code.
  • New students will register directly using the new Institution Code.

NOTE: The Legacy Portal’s name will be updated to include the phrase "DO NOT USE" to dissuade students from logging in here.

After receiving them from your Onboarding Consultant, your institution will need to provide updated Student Welcome Letters with step-by-step instructions for this process.

2. First Enterprise Mock Exam

  • Before official assessments, students will take an Enterprise Mock Exam to confirm that their new Examplify setup is working correctly.
  • This ensures a smooth transition before live exams begin.

Next Steps for Students

  1. Watch for your new Student Welcome Letter – This contains instructions for updating Examplify.
  2. Follow the steps to re-register Examplify using the new Institution Code.
  3. Participate in the Enterprise Mock Exam to confirm everything is working as expected.

For any issues, students should reach out to their institution’s ExamSoft team. After verifying that they are following the updated Student Welcome Letter and have cleared Examplify registration, direct students to ExamSoft’s Customer Support for further assistance.
