Enterprise Portal: Blank White Page

If you land on a blank white page when attempting to accept an invitation or using the initial invitation link to access your institution, an error was encountered. The initial link can only be used once to set up your account. 

Follow the below procedure to log in or receive new login information. 



Note: If you do not know your credentials or have not set them up yet, choose Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Send Reset Information.

  1. Go to:  ui.examsoft.io
  2. Sign in with your credentials, if you know them.
