ScholarRx content is loaded within your ExamSoft portal and available to include on assessments. The following guide will provide instruction and guidance to locate the content, manage filters when searching for specific content, and how to add the content to assessments.

ScholarRx Question Bank Organization
The purpose of the ScholarRx Question Bank is to serve as your persistent storage for Partner content.
Your live courses (the ones that have students enrolled) will most likely expire every year and be removed and replaced by the next semester's courses. The ScholarRx Question Bank allows us to easily access previously used content.
Each item has a unique title that indicates the brick name followed by a unique number (example: Gastro 41477). Below outlines the ScholarRx Assessment Brick name and abbreviation.
| Please do not ‘move’ questions out of the Question Bank Courses. These questions must remain in the banks to appropriately add and access these questions. |

Adding ‘ScholarRx Assessment Bricks: Question Bank’ items to an assessment
Use the following procedure to add ScholarRx Assessment Bricks Question Bank items to draft assessments. For creating a draft assessment, please reference this guide 'Get Started Creating an Assessment'. (Don’t choose blueprint)
- Select the green plus button (on the left side of the page).
- Select Find Questions.
- Select the Filter option next to the search bar above the table.
Using the search filters
Filters are necessary to pull the desired ScholarRx Assessment Bricks Question Bank items into draft assessments.
Use the following search fields/criteria to generate a list of ScholarRx: Question Bank assessments that meet the following criteria.
- Any of these categories: ScholarRx > Exemplar > [choose applicable exemplars]
- Select Browse All and choose ScholarRx.
- Select Cardiovascular.
- Search for the desired cardiovascular in the list. Use the check icon to add desired exemplar-disease to ensure what’s selected is included in the search.
- None of these categories: ScholarRx > Respiratory

Not used on an assessment: custom date range:
- 1/1/2023 - present day

Course: ScholarRX Assessment Bricks
- Type to search by entering: ScholarRX Assessment Bricks
- Once the filters are completed using the above search criteria, select the green button Apply Filters.
- The list of questions will populate with all questions that meet the criteria specified by the filters.
- Use the check icon to select items. When items are selected, click save.
Note: It does take a minute to result, so don’t refresh or start over unless it has been 2 full minutes.
Reminders:
- Any questions that can be partial credit should be checked, if +/- partial credit is an option, choose that one.
- Before finalizing the exam, update the score to be out of 16 points and blueprint all exams to the Nursing Process, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the NCLEX-RN Test Plan.
