The ExamSoft Portal highlights the minimum Examplify version required to download an exam on Windows and Mac devices. The Examplify version required is dependent on the features and/or question types included on the exam.
You will see the minimum required Examplify version in the Post Settings and Proctoring page for the exam.
You can use these installers to download the version of Examplify needed.

Minimum Required Version for Exam-Takers
If an exam-taker attempts to download an exam on a version of Examplify lower than the minimum version required for that exam, they will see the following message:
“This exam may not be downloaded to this version of Examplify. Please update to the Examplify version required by your institution in order to download this exam.”
