  1. Ensure your account has been properly created and activated by your institution administrators. You will normally receive your credentials from your institution administrators.
    • Legacy Portal Users: If credentials were not provided to you in advance, you can select the Lost Student ID or Password? link and enter the requested information.
      • You will then receive an email associated with your student account.
    • Enterprise Portal Users: If credentials were not provided to you in advance, you can select the Forgot Password? link. Then, enter the requested information.
      • You will then receive an email associated with your student account.

I need to reset my password.

  1. To reset your password, navigate to your institution's ExamSoft portal and select Lost Exam ID or Password. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.
    • If your institution utilizes SAML, LDAP, or Single Sign-on (SSO), you will need to contact an administrator from your institution for your credentials.
  2. If you're unable to reset your password or unable to locate your credentials, you will need to contact an administrator from your institution to have them provide you with your credentials.
