Create an archived question bank course
To begin, you'll need to set up a dedicated course to store archived questions.
- Navigate to your course creation page.
- Create a new course titled clearly (e.g., "Archived Question Bank").
- Save your new course.
Creating a specific archived question bank helps maintain a clean, manageable collection of active course questions.
Move questions in bulk
After creating your archive course, follow these steps to transfer multiple questions efficiently.
- Go to your existing Question Bank within the courses you wish to archive questions from.
- Adjust the number of questions displayed per page to select more questions simultaneously.
- Select the Select All checkbox to choose every question shown on the page.
- Select Move and choose the archived question bank course from the dropdown list.
Questions will now appear in your archived course, decluttering your active courses and streamlining question management.
