Enterprise Portal: Reset Your Account Password


  1. Enter the email address associated with your ExamSoft account into the Email field, and confirm the CAPTCHA by selecting the checkbox to the left of "I'm not a robot."
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Select the Forgot Password? link.
  4. Validate that the email address in the Reset Password modal is correct. Then, select Confirm to reset your password. 



  5. In your email application, select the email from exambot@examsoft.io.
  6. Select the Reset Password button at the bottom of the email.
  7. When the Password Reset page appears, enter your new password. Then, select Set My Password

    Note: Follow the on-screen prompts about password requirements.
