Procedure
- Enter the email address associated with your ExamSoft account into the Email field, and confirm the CAPTCHA by selecting the checkbox to the left of "I'm not a robot."
- Select Continue.
- Select the Forgot Password? link.
- Validate that the email address in the Reset Password modal is correct. Then, select Confirm to reset your password.
- In your email application, select the email from exambot@examsoft.io.
- Select the Reset Password button at the bottom of the email.
- When the Password Reset page appears, enter your new password. Then, select Set My Password.
Note: Follow the on-screen prompts about password requirements.
