Exam-taker experiences issues on the device such as the following: background screen becomes Examplify logo, desktop icons are hidden, internet does not reconnect.
  • Reboot the device.
  • Disable antivirus on the device prior to starting a secure exam.
  • If user doesn't disable their antivirus program before starting an exam, they may see the Examplify logo as the background or screensaver. Go to the device settings and change the desktop/screensaver back to their preferred option.
  • In the instance where the desktop icons are hidden and do not return, advise the exam-taker to call ExamSoft support.
