If you are unable to launch Examplify on a macOS device, you may have declined the application during login. You may see the Examplify icon in the taskbar of your device, but not be able to open this, even if you click on it.
To correct this, navigate to Settings > General > Login & Extensions.
Under “Allow in Background” confirm ExamSoft Worldwide, Inc. is ENABLED.
Right click the icon on your task bar and choose “Remove from Dock.”
Navigate back to your applications and launch Examplify.
