Issue
When attempting to start a secure exam on an iPad, exam takers are unable to select Continue, even after disabling Airplane Mode as instructed. Instead, Examplify displays the message: “Your exam will not start until you activate Airplane Mode.”
Cause
The iPad may not be properly switching to Airplane Mode, especially if Wi-Fi is turned off using the Control Center instead of the Settings app.
Solution
- Restart your iPad.
- Open Examplify and enter the exam password.

When prompted to enable Airplane Mode:
- First, go to Settings and turn off Wi-Fi.
- Then, in Settings, toggle Airplane Mode on.
