Legacy Portal: Add Comments and Mark Assessment Upload Files

You can add comments to an answer file to record information pertaining to an exam-taker's assessment. Marking an Exam Taker makes it easy to filter for these exam-takers when you want to review the details.

Procedures

Add Comments and Marks

You can complete this procedure from the Assessments menu or the Exam Taker Management menu.

 

From the Assessments Menu

  1. Select the Assessments menu.
  2. Select the assessment.
  3. Select the Exam Taker Activity tab.
  4. Find the exam-taker, and then select the pencil icon (in the Actions column).
  5. In the Comments field, enter the information that you want to add.
  6. Select the Marked checkbox to mark the exam-taker for further review.

  7. Select Save.

From the Exam Taker Management Menu

  1. Select the Exam Takers menu.
  2. Find the exam-taker, and then select the Hourglass icon (in the Actions column) to open the exam history.
  3. Find the assessment.
  4. In the Comments field, enter the information that you want to add.
  5. Select the Marked checkbox to mark the exam-taker for further review.
  6. Select the Update button (at the bottom of the pop-up window).

 

View Comments for the Marked Exam-Takers

  1. Select the Assessments menu.
  2. Select the assessment.
  3. Select the Exam Taker Activity tab.
  4. In the Marked dropdown list, select Yes.

  5. Select Search.

    The list is filtered to show only the marked records.

  6. Select the gear icon (near the top right corner of table).

  7. Select Comments.

    The comments appear in the table.
