Follow this procedure if you cannot view the proctoring video when you go to the ExamMonitor tab and are getting an error message that says "Error: Request failed with status code 403."
Note: This can come with additional error codes (such as 404, or 400).
Procedure
This problem is related to the SameSite Cookie that Google Chrome uses. Disabling this cookie should resolve this issue.
- Navigate to: chrome://flags/
- Scroll down to SameSite by default cookies.
- Change this value to Disabled.
- Scroll down, and then select Relaunch.
You should be able to log into ExamSoft and view the video now.
