Welcome to the new ExamSoft Help Center!
Here is a list of what’s new:
Search Functionality
-
Instant Help Center search
- As you populate the search box with your query, you will see article titles that match the content under the search box with links to each article.
- Note: This search only lists articles that match an article title rather than the body of the article. Instant Help will begin populating results once at least three characters have been entered into the search.
-
Native Help Center search
- Once you enter your inquiry into the search box and select Enter, you will see search results listed on a page.
- Note: Native Search uses full word search and includes the titles, body of the text, and labels in the search results.
- Once you enter your inquiry into the search box and select Enter, you will see search results listed on a page.
- To refine your search results, place quotations around the search terms.
3. Refine your search results using categories
-
- Click the Articles link under Type on the left-side of the screen.
- You will see the results grouped by the Exam-Maker and Exam-Taker Categories.
-
- If you select Exam-Makers, you will only see articles with the search terms in this specific category.
Article Features
Each article contains new features for quickly-viewing related content.
Link Navigation
You can easily see the navigation to the article at the top of the page with the hyperlinks.
Articles in this section
On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a list of article titles in the same section as the article you’re viewing. Clicking on the link will take you to the article.
Last Updated Date and Status

Recently viewed articles and Related articles
At the bottom of each article, you will see two sections of additional article links.
- The Recently viewed articles section lists any articles that you’ve accessed in the near past based on your browser history. If you’ve recently cleared your browsing history, cookies, cache, or if you’re using an incognito browser, you will not see any articles listed here.
- The Related articles section populates based on the relevancy of the article, tags, and the currently viewed article.
