How do I know my exam uploaded successfully?
There are three reliable ways to confirm your exam was received:
- The Green Screen: As soon as your submission completes, Examplify will display a green confirmation screen stating that your upload was successful.
- Confirmation Email: ExamSoft will automatically send a confirmation email.
- The Student Portal: If you did not receive the email and want to double-check, log into your institution’s ExamSoft web portal. Navigate to your exam history tabs to verify your submission status directly on the dashboard.
What if I don't have an internet connection when I finish?
After an exam, Examplify will finalize your exam file and securely store your answer file directly until it can reconnect to the internet.
Find a reliable Wi-Fi network or cellular hotspot as soon as possible. As soon as your device connects to the internet, open the Examplify application and keep it active. The app will automatically detect the connection and securely trigger your upload.
What if I missed my upload deadline?
Many institutions enforce deadlines on how long you have to upload your answer file.
- You must contact your instructor or your campus exam coordinator immediately to explain the situation and request a deadline extension or alternative instructions.
- ExamSoft Support cannot extend the deadline or force an expired upload to go through.
